Duovoco, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We qualify as a service provider under the DMCA safe harbor provisions and will respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices. Duovoco is not liable for user-generated content posted by its users.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content on Duovoco infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent containing all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf)
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our platform (URL or sufficient description)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
Incomplete notices will not be processed.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in Delaware and will accept service of process from the original complainant
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
Duovoco maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices will have their accounts suspended or terminated, in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
4. Misuse Warning
Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notice is a federal offense. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including attorney's fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
Duovoco acts as a passive conduit for user-generated content. We do not monitor, edit, or pre-screen user content. We are not liable for content posted by users, and our processing of takedown notices does not constitute an admission of liability.
