You must be at least 13 years old to use Duovoco. If you are in the EU or EEA, you must be at least 16 years old.
If you are between 13 and 17 years old, your parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
During account creation, you will confirm you meet the minimum age requirement. If we discover a user is under the minimum age, the account will be suspended immediately and all data deleted within 30 days.
Duovoco implements age confirmation at registration but does not perform independent identity verification. We are not liable for any harm arising from a user misrepresenting their age. Contact support@duovoco.com if you believe your child has created an account.

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"), including check-ins, goals, comments, photos, and group posts.
By posting User Content, you grant Duovoco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and display your content within the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.
When you set content to Public visibility, it may be displayed on duovoco.com/explore and used in promotional materials. You may change visibility to Private at any time via Settings.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, promotes illegal substances, contains spam, infringes intellectual property rights, or involves the sexual exploitation of minors. Violations result in content removal and may lead to account suspension.
Includes 3 goals, 3 groups, and 1 streak freeze per week.
Available monthly ($11.99/month) or annually ($87.99/year). Pro includes unlimited goals, 10 groups, 3 streak freezes per week, unlimited AI Buddy, and Weekly Reflection.
A one-time Lifetime purchase ($219) grants permanent Pro access including the Supporter badge.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All Service content, branding, logos, and software (excluding User Content) are owned by Duovoco, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Duovoco's proprietary content without express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DUOVOCO, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duovoco, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
